During my recent stay at Biz Hotel Batam, I found myself drawn to the culinary offerings within its walls. The hotel boasts three dining options, including the Henley Coffee Shop, where I enjoyed a selection of breakfast items that catered to both Western and Asian palates. While the breakfast experience was satisfactory, featuring essential choices like eggs, I found the pace a bit slow, as only one wok was available for preparation. It seemed the staff were stretched thin, yet they remained friendly and attentive. The ambiance of the coffee shop is quite inviting, making it a pleasant setting to start the day. What I particularly appreciated was the hotel's proximity to the Nagoya Food Court, just across the street, providing an array of culinary options. the location offered ease of access to nearby shopping malls within a short ride. In summary, Biz Hotel Batam delivers decent food in a functional atmosphere, making it a practical choice for food enthusiasts seeking variety in their dining experiences.
